Why I Don’t Start with Goals
I don’t start coaching with goals. I used to, because that’s what I was taught. But every time I did, it felt false. Like we were trying to build new approaches with old thinking. But the truth is that true and aligned goals don’t come first.

What if a little movement and reflection could reignite your creativity?
What does transformation feel like on the canvas, in your body? I’m sooooo excited to share how my work and a special guided experience are exploring this as part of the Metamorph-ish exhibition.

Stress doesn’t always shout: Subtle signs not to ignore
Stress doesn’t always look like shouting. More often, it hides in the quieter moments… moments that are easy to push through but over time they drain your energy, erode trust, and chip away at your credibility. The good news? Once you can spot them, you can change how you respond

This fury is Sacred
When people first meet me, they often comment on how big and bright my smile is, a smile that sparkles with warmth. But that’s only part of the story.

Real transformation isn’t about results, it’s about people.
I’ve made a change—one that’s been calling me for a long time. After years inside the corporate world, I’m now working directly with people who want more authenticity, less burnout, and a deeper connection to their truth. I’ve poured everything I know (and everything I’ve lived) into a new coaching program called Luminous, and I’m so ready to share it with you.

Letting go of the shit we wish never happened
There are things in life we wish never happened. The gut-wrenchingly chaotic moments when the earth feels like it's been ripped out from under us and we reacted automatically, emotionally, without thinking. Then, when the chaos passes, we look back wishing we’d handled ourselves differently, been more aware, more grounded, and more compassionate. We can’t rewrite history, but we can shift how we relate to the moment, stop looking at it through a lens of shame and start looking at it with compassion and curiosity.
