My process is part strategy, part exploration. I blend coaching psychology, change leadership, embodied awareness, and creative expression to help people see themselves and each other in new ways. My sessions are alive with curiosity, courage, and creativity, spaces where insight becomes action and transformation feels tangible.

Embodied Insights sessions blend the clarity of coaching with the depth of embodied, reflective exploration. Using a unique combination of coaching psychology, yoga therapy, creative expression, and intuitive insight, I help people reconnect with themselves so they can navigate major life transitions with greater clarity, ease, and self‑trust.
I developed this approach because I was done with masking my way through a world not built for me… done with the exhaustion, the shrinking, and the sense of becoming a shell of myself for everyone else’s comfort. Embodied Insights grew from the practices that helped me return to my own energy, identity, and inner knowing.
