About your coach

Hi, I’m Jo.

Transformation coach. Facilitator. Inner spark activator.

After more than 20 years leading change, shaping strategy, and helping organisations shift culture and performance, I’ve stepped into doing the work that sets my soul on fire:

Helping queer and quirky leaders to reignite their spark and lead from a place of deep self-connection.

I work with brilliant, heart-centred humans who feel like they’ve outgrown the spaces they’ve had to shrink themselves to fit into.

People who are done with the hustle, the masking, the people-pleasing and are ready to slow down, tune in, and rebuild life and leadership on their own terms.

This work is deeply personal to me.

As a neurodivergent queer woman who spent decades surviving in high-pressure environments while hiding key parts of who I am. I know what it’s like to feel burnt out, disconnected, and unsure how to find your way back.

What saved me was reconnecting with my energy, my creativity, my intuition, and my truth, and connecting with the deep realisation that we’re not here to simply cope with life.

We are here to live our lives as our fullest, most energetic and sparkly selves.

Now, I help others do in months what took me years to figure out.

I blend coaching psychology, change leadership, yoga, and yoga therapy with a generous dose of curiosity, compassion, and creative exploration. This isn’t about quick fixes or cookie-cutter solutions. It’s about real transformation from the inside out.

My clients describe working with me as liberating, energising, grounding, and surprisingly fun. Together, we unpack old patterns, build new capacity, and create space for leaders to show up more fully and more freely, without burning out or selling themselves short.

If you’re craving more alignment, authenticity, and impact, you’re in the right place.

Because the world doesn’t need more polished, perfect professionals.

It needs more leaders who are unapologetically themselves, clear, connected, and lit up from within.

Let’s spark that shift.
