About me

Hi, I’m Jo,
I’m an Embodied Insights Facilitator, Change Leadership Strategist, and an Artist.

An alchemist of truth and transformation, I work with people who are ready to turn lived experience into wisdom, pain into power, and uniqueness into impact.

My work is grounded in the belief that real change begins with the courage to see things as they are with truth and compassion… the unspoken dynamics, the structural barriers, the lived realities that shape how people lead, work, and belong.

I help individuals, teams and organisations to understand their truths and turn them into catalysts for evolution. Drawing on lived experience, evidence‑based frameworks, and a deep commitment to ethical, inclusive leadership, I help people dive beyond the surface identifies to connect in deep and meaningful ways.

At the heart of everything I do is a simple truth:

We thrive when we stop contorting ourselves to fit into systems that weren’t built for us and start creating ones that reflect who we really are.

My vision

My vision is a world where queer and neurodivergent people are free to show up as their full, vibrant, unapologetic selves, in leadership, in community, and in life. Where difference isn’t managed or tolerated but celebrated as the spark that fuels creativity, connection, and meaningful change.

My mission

My mission is to reignite the inner spark of queer and neurodivergent people, and to help leaders and organisations create environments where every mind in the room matters and makes a difference.

My work

I’m here to challenge the status quo, to illuminate possibilities, and to co‑create new ways to turn truth into transformation, and transformation into lasting impact.

Whether I’m facilitating deep personal work or leading team or organisational transformation, my approach is grounded in raw truth, real humanity, and radical inclusion. I help people drop the masks, challenge systems that suppress authenticity, and create spaces where everyone, every soul and every story, belongs.

I work in two worlds:

With individuals, I work with individuals navigating major life transitions, helping them move through change with greater clarity and ease. My Embodied Insights approach is especially helpful for those coming out later in life, navigating neurodivergence, or reclaiming their life after a long-term relationship..

With leaders and organisations, cultivating the capacity to lead with awareness and compassion, building cultures that honour diversity as a source of strength, creativity, and collective brilliance.

My approach

My process is part strategy, part exploration. I blend coaching psychology, change leadership, embodied awareness, and creative expression to help people see themselves and each other in new ways. My sessions are alive with curiosity, courage, and creativity, spaces where insight becomes action and transformation feels tangible.

I work with the most amazing clients who describe working with me as grounding, healing, and reenergising a remembering of what it feels like to belong to yourself again.

True transformation isn’t about fixing what’s broken; it’s about remembering the brilliance that’s always been there, in people, in teams, and in the communities they shape together.
