Together, we create room for grief, clarity, and renewal, helping you release what no longer serves you and reclaim the parts of yourself that are ready to live again.

Soothe & Soar is a stabilising, restorative pathway for times when life feels overwhelming or uncertain. We focus on settling your system, restoring a sense of safety, and gently rebuilding confidence.
This pathway works alongside clinical therapy to help you to move through challenges with more ease, clarity, and groundedness, so you can rise from difficulty without abandoning yourself.
Choose this pathway if you’re moving through burnout, overwhelm, grief, or a major life disruption and need help to settle your system, restore a sense of safety and self-trust.
Compassion & Care Pathway
For parents and partners of neurodivergent adults
Compassion & Care provides grounding, clarity, and guidance for people who want to support a neurodivergent loved one with greater understanding and respect.
This pathway helps you relate more skillfully, communicate with care, and offer support that honours autonomy, dignity, and difference while also tending to your own emotional and energetic capacity.

How the pathways work
Embodied Insights pathways provide structured, focused support to meet you where you are as you navigate a specific life challenge.
A clear structure with flexibility
Each pathway includes a set number of one-to-one sessions, designed to unfold over several months. This gives you time to settle, integrate, and make sense of what’s shifting, without pressure to rush or “fix” anything.
Sessions typically run fortnightly, and can be adjusted depending on your energy, capacity, and what’s happening in your life.
We meet wherever you are located
Sessions are held online and usually run for around an hour. We begin with a longer first session of up to two hours, giving us the time and space to properly connect, understand what’s bringing you here, and set a steady foundation for the work ahead.
There’s no pressure to arrive prepared or know where to start. That first session is about settling in and finding our rhythm together..
What happens in a session
Each session follows a simple structure, while still responding to what’s going on in your life. Sessions typically include a blend of:
gentle yoga therapy practices and somatic movements, guided in a way that meets your energy and capacity
guided reflection activities to help you make sense of what’s emerging
simple, practical actions shaped by what you’re noticing and learning
You are always in control. There’s no pressure to do anything that doesn’t feel right. You choose what you take on, every step of the way.
Guidance that adapts as you do
Each pathway follows a clear, proven framework, with specific activities and ways of working designed to support you through change.
Within that structure, we adjust the focus and pace based on what’s happening in your life. Some sessions may centre on settling and stabilising. Others may focus on insight, clarity, or next steps.
You’re guided by a process, without being pushed through something that doesn’t fit.
Support between sessions
The support doesn’t end when the session does. Each pathway includes tools and resources to help you integrate what you’re learning into your everyday life, including:
