I’ve sat in too many rooms where the conversation went somewhere I wasn’t ready to go. I know what it feels like to freeze, to mask, to manage the storm in silence.
Workshops and group learning experiences can be powerful, but they can also be unpredictable.
For many of us with ADHD, autism, trauma histories or other forms of neurodivergence, that unpredictability can make learning feel unsafe or overwhelming.
Because I am a coach and a facilitator, I know how easy it is to share information ahead of a session that enables people to prepare and feel ready to participate. And I want every neurodivergent person to have tools that honour their needs. Because learning should feel safe, spacious, and empowering for everyone.
